With up to 350 MHz bandwidth, up to 8 GSa/s real-time sampling, optional 200 Mpts memory depth, and integrated 7-in-1 functionality, it provides a flexible solution for advanced signal analysis and debugging.

MSO5000 Mixed Signal Oscilloscope

The RIGOL MSO5000 Series is a mixed signal oscilloscope family designed for engineers who need strong performance, deep analysis capability, and flexible instrument integration in a compact platform. Based on the UltraVision II technology platform, the series combines oscilloscope, logic analysis, spectrum analysis, waveform generation, voltmeter, frequency counter/totalizer, and protocol analysis functions in one instrument.

With bandwidth options from 70 MHz to 350 MHz and real-time sampling rates up to 8 GSa/s, the MSO5000 Series supports detailed signal acquisition across a wide range of development and debugging tasks. The platform also offers optional memory depth up to 200 Mpts and waveform capture rates above 500,000 waveforms per second, helping users detect intermittent events and observe more waveform detail in a single acquisition. 

Additional features highlighted by RIGOL include Bode plot capability for loop analysis, web-based remote control, segmented hardware waveform recording with support for up to 450,000 frames, and a 9-inch capacitive multi-touch display for more efficient interaction.
