MHO/DHO5000 Digital Oscilloscope

The RIGOL MHO/DHO5000 Series is designed to provide high-performance signal acquisition and analysis capabilities for modern electronic development environments. With bandwidth options up to 1 GHz and real-time sampling rates up to 4 GSa/s, the platform enables accurate capture and analysis of fast signal transitions. The oscilloscopes support deep acquisition memory up to 500 Mpts and waveform capture rates up to 1,000,000 waveforms per second, allowing engineers to detect rare signal anomalies and observe long waveform sequences efficiently. Mixed signal models in the MHO series also support digital channel expansion, enabling simultaneous analog and digital signal analysis for debugging complex embedded systems and communication interfaces.
