Designed for high-speed testing and complex signal analysis, the new series combines impressive hardware performance with powerful built-in analysis tools. With bandwidths up to 6 GHz, real-time sampling rates up to 20 GSa/s, memory depths up to 2 Gpts, and waveform capture rates reaching 1,000,000 waveforms per second, the MSO/DS9000 Series is engineered to capture fast signals, identify intermittent anomalies, and accelerate debugging workflows. The instruments feature a responsive 10.1-inch HD touchscreen and are available in both oscilloscope (DS) and mixed-signal oscilloscope (MSO) configurations.
