DS70000 digital oscilloscope

The RIGOL DS70000 Series combines UltraVision III oscilloscope technology and UltraReal spectrum analysis technology in a high-performance platform for advanced test and measurement applications. Available in 3 GHz and 5 GHz bandwidth versions, the series is designed for engineers who require fast real-time acquisition, deep memory, and powerful visualization capabilities in a single instrument.

With a maximum real-time sample rate of 20 GSa/s and waveform capture rates of up to 1,000,000 waveforms per second, the DS70000 Series helps reveal infrequent anomalies and fine signal details with high precision. Standard memory depth is 500 Mpts and can be upgraded up to 2 Gpts, supporting long capture times and segmented acquisition with up to 2 million frames in record mode.

The platform also supports up to 16-bit vertical resolution in high-resolution mode and includes a 15.6” auto-tilt primary touchscreen together with a secondary touchscreen for more efficient visualization and analysis. Its multi-window user interface allows measurements, tools, and functions to be displayed in separate windows for a more streamlined workflow.

The DS70000 Series is built for high-speed signal acquisition with up to 20 GSa/s real-time sampling and up to 1,000,000 wfms/s waveform capture rate. Its 500 Mpts standard memory can be expanded to 2 Gpts, enabling long continuous captures, detailed waveform analysis, and segmented recording of up to 2 million frames.

Enhanced Visualization and Analysis

In addition to oscilloscope performance, the DS70000 Series integrates UltraReal spectrum analysis technology and a multi-window user interface for efficient signal investigation. A 15.6” auto-tilt touchscreen and secondary touchscreen improve usability by keeping the main display focused on waveform and spectrum analysis while additional tools remain easily accessible.
