LMX Series Linear AC Power Source

The LMX Series linear AC power source produces low-distortion, high-fidelity output waveforms. Linear amplification reliably reproduces oscillator waveforms with very high small-signal bandwidth and low output distortion. Standard models operate from 15 Hz to 5000 Hz, range in power from 500 VA to 6 kVA (parallelable to 30 kVA), and provide nominal output voltage up to 600 Vrms L-N with the transformer option.

Linear amplification for the cleanest waveform.

The LMX Series' linear-amplifier topology reliably reproduces oscillator waveforms with small-signal bandwidth up to 50 kHz and output distortion as low as 0.1% THD.

Broad frequency and voltage range in one platform.

Standard units cover the full 15 Hz-5000 Hz power bandwidth, with nominal output up to 600 Vrms L-N via the transformer option, for frequency conversion and 1-to-3-phase conversion without changing hardware.

Scalable from 500 VA to 30 kVA.

Stand-alone chassis range from 500 VA to 6 kVA; larger systems can be paralleled into 8-30 kVA multi-unit systems using the Parallel Bus Master Controller option.

Built-in SmartSource Suite remote control.

An embedded web-browser interface reachable over LAN, USB, RS-232 or GPIB/SCPI gives full remote monitoring, control and real-time test-sequence execution, backed by a 200-slot arbitrary waveform library.
