MSO8000A digital oscilloscope

The RIGOL MSO8000A Series combines mixed-signal debugging capabilities with deep memory acquisition and high waveform capture performance. Built on RIGOL’s proprietary ASIC technology and the UltraVision II platform, the oscilloscope integrates analog and digital signal analysis within a single instrument.

With up to 2 GHz analog bandwidth and a real-time sampling rate of 10 GSa/s, the MSO8000A Series enables accurate acquisition of fast signals and transient events. The platform supports up to 16 optional digital channels, allowing engineers to analyze both analog and digital signals simultaneously when debugging embedded systems and complex electronic designs.

A waveform capture rate of up to 600,000 waveforms per second helps reveal intermittent anomalies and rare signal events. The instrument also includes 500 Mpts deep memory and segmented waveform recording capabilities, enabling long observation windows and efficient capture of signals triggered by specific events.

The MSO8000A Series features a standard memory depth of 500 Mpts combined with segmented acquisition technology. This allows the oscilloscope to capture and store signals of interest while marking their timing, enabling efficient analysis of long signal sequences and complex event-driven behavior.

Mixed Signal Analysis and High Resolution

The platform integrates 4 analog channels and up to 16 optional digital channels for mixed-signal debugging. With 12-bit vertical resolution and high sampling performance, engineers can analyze fine waveform details and accurately evaluate high-frequency signals.
