Electrometric service department is equipped to maintain, update and repair your equipment locally, our service department is also capable of system integration work. For example providing customers with rack mount equipment in a cabinet, fully integrated with cabling and powers supplies etc.


How does it work?

Please request an RMA number before shipping any equipment. Electrometric will perform an initial investigation after receipt of your defective instrument and will provide a price and turnaround time estimation for the repair. After customer  approval the repair will commence. An investigation fee is applicable when the customer elects not to have the equipment repaired.
