Electrometric service department is equipped to maintain, update and repair your equipment and is also capable of system integration when needed.

Repair Procedure


In case of (warranty) repair, please request an RMA number before shipping any equipment.  Electrometric will perform an initial investigation after receipt of your defective instrument and will provide a price and turnaround time estimation for the repair.  After customer  approval the repair will commence. An investigation fee is applicable when the customer decides not to have the equipment repaired.
