LSProbe

  The LSProbe is an advanced laser-powered electric-field probe designed for high-precision measurements in complex electromagnetic environments. By utilizing an optically powered measurement head, the system ensures complete galvanic isolation and eliminates the need for internal batteries. This design provides total immunity to electromagnetic interference and ensures stable, repeatable measurements across a wide frequency range from 9 kHz up to 26.5 GHz. The probe construction features a permanently attached optical fiber cable, ensuring that no metallic conductors are present to distort the electric field. It offers a high dynamic range, capable of measuring field strengths from less than 0.1 V/m to over 15,000 V/m depending on the selected variant. With sampling rates reaching 500 kS/s in continuous mode and 2 MS/s in burst mode, the LSProbe is uniquely suited for high-speed data acquisition in EMC testing and high-field applications. A comprehensive ecosystem of accessories and interfaces supports the LSProbe series, including the CI-250 USB interface and the CI-250+ controller with a 4.3-inch touchscreen. Available mounting options range from flexible probe stands to floor stands with adjustable heights up to 2.53 meters. Users can further customize their setup with various optical fiber extension cables, sacrificial cable kits, and 19-inch rack adapters for seamless laboratory integration.
