Switch-Mode Amplifier 9100

The AE Techron 9100 Series consists of compact, high-current switch-mode amplifiers engineered for demanding DC and low-frequency tasks up to 250 kHz. These units combine the high efficiency of switch-mode architecture with the low distortion and fidelity typically associated with linear amplifiers. They are specifically designed to maintain stability and full rated power even when driving highly capacitive or reactive loads, making them ideal for specialized industrial and laboratory environments.

Equipped with four-quadrant operation, the 9100 Series can act as both a source and a sink, which is critical for performing accurate surge and dropout testing. The technology offers a fast transient response and low DC drift, ensuring precision during long-term testing cycles. Users can easily switch between controlled-voltage and controlled-current modes, providing the flexibility needed to adapt to various test requirements and load conditions.

The series features three distinct models: the 9105, providing 35A RMS and 2 kW; the 9110, offering 70A RMS and 5 kW; and the high-output 9115, delivering 90A RMS and 5 kW. All models are housed in a compact chassis and powered by a single-phase AC source ranging from 100V to 240VAC. These amplifiers are a versatile solution for high-current, low-voltage applications that require a small footprint without sacrificing performance.
