New YRS04 and YRS05 Combined Noise/Comb reference Sources
Eurofin York introduced their new generation YRS serie (York Reference Source) models YRS04 (1 kHz – 1 GHz) and YRS05 (25 Hz – 6 GHz). These new improved designs replace of the popular previous generation YRS01, YRS02 and YRS03 that now are retired.
The YRS04 can generate output signals covering 1 kHz to 1 GHz while the YRS05 covers 25 Hz to 6 GHz. Both combine noise and comb signal capabilities in a single device. The YRS are battery-powered for standalone operation without additional power cables and features dual 50 Ω N-type output connectors for direct connection to conducted measurement systems.
For conducted emissions test systems, the optional NIA02 is a direct-coupling adapter providing an IEC 320 inlet for single-phase LISNs and a selection of 4 mm connections for general-purpose test applications.
Both YRS04 and YRS05 are available as Standard or Enhanced Kit versions. The Standard Kits contain standard Antenna. The Enhanced Kits add additional Antennas and NIA2 LISN adapter.
