Tekbox 4 GHz ESD Target

ESD Target for pulse verification compliant with IEC61000-4-2

Tekbox introduced the TBESDT1 ESD-Target. It is a current sensing transducer to verify ESD-Simulators. It can be used to take measurements compliant with IEC 61000-4-2 up to 4 GHz.
