With built-in AM and PM modulators, they work directly with spectrum analyzer tracking generators — replacing expensive dedicated signal generators. The range covers 100 kHz to 3 GHz and output power from 150 mW to 100 W, supporting TEM cell, CDN, and BCI probe test setups per IEC/EN 61000-4-6 and ISO 11452-4.

Tekbox modulated amplifiers are suitable for a wide range of pre-compliance test applications. For radiated immunity, they are optimized to drive Tekbox TEM cells (TBTC0 through TBTC3) to generate electric fields ranging from tens of volts per meter up to over 700 V/m (CW), enabling systematic testing against IEC/EN standards. For conducted immunity, they are designed to drive Coupling/Decoupling Networks (CDNs) according to EN 61000-4-6, and Bulk Current Injection (BCI) probes according to ISO 11452-4 — covering test levels from Level 1 through Level IV. The portfolio includes compact USB-powered driver amplifiers (TBMDA1, TBMDA2, TBMDA7) for lightweight bench use and higher-power mains-powered models (TBMDA3B, TBMDA4B, TBMDA5T, TBMDA-CDN25, TBMDA-BCI25, TBMDA-BCI100) for demanding test environments.
